We are fully insured in all the services we deliver as well as having experienced facilitators delivering our core services.

Our facilitators are competent in the Solihull Approach Foundation for Parenting and Breastfeeding Support.They all have experience supporting women/parents and their families through pregnancy, birth and parenting.

All facilitators have also attended Solihull and Birmingham Safeguarding training.

The projects we are currently running are:

Weekly Wellness Walk in North Solihull – Parents can attend themselves so please ask them to contact us, Thursday 9.15am – 11.15am – this includes breakfast at the hub then a light walk. This is funded by Platform Housing.

Pregnancy Outreach Support in Solihull – This support is to help ease anxiety and worry for some expectant parents who are worrying about giving birth or welcoming a new baby into the family. This support can begin in pregnancy and is offered up to 6 months postnatal.  We can offer education, support and a listening ear.  A parent can self refer or with consent you can refer by completing the contact form and we will make contact and complete the referral form or you can complete the referral form directly below:

We deliver a range of classes to support parents in ensuring their is equity for all babies to attend fun activities with their parents. Our sessions start in pregnancy through to babies 6 months old.  We hold classes at Riverside Family Hub, Chelmsley Wood and Shirley heath Primary School in Shirley.

• Baby Massage
• Baby Tummy Time
• Baby Mindfulness
• The Mum Hub
• The Dad Hub

All sessions are blocked in 4 week courses and cost £12!

Do you have some time to help our charity?

We would welcome anyone considering to be a trustee or an advisor to the board. 

TRUSTEES – We are looking for trustees also.  If you have skills in finances and funding we would love to hear from you. If you have an idea or skill that you think would benefit the charity and more importantly the people we serve please contact us.
